The role involves collaborating with various teams to improve customer journeys, leverage data, and implement targeted campaigns. Requirements

• 3+ years experience in CRM, marketing automation, or related roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Data-driven mindset with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Hands-on experience using sophisticated CRM tools like Braze, Salesforce, Emarsys, Oracle, Insider or Iterable.
