We’re Laskie.com - a new startup that is helping companies hire incredible people. Companies can submit a semi-structured request like, “we need a fractional CMO from April through June with these skills and within this budget” and we fulfill it - fast.
Our founding team has worked together in the talent + hiring space for over 6 years. We previously built Interviewed, which was acquired by Indeed in 2017.
We started Laskie a couple months ago and have raised a $4.5m seed round from some of the best future-of-work investors to build Laskie into a massive company.
The role
We’re hiring a product operations lead to help us improve and automate our recruiting and staffing processes. Some of the things you will do in the role:
Work with our recruiting team to deeply understand their workflows and improve them with technology.
Bridge the gap between our recruiting operations and our product teams. Communicate requirements and talk about trade-offs.
Occasionally work “in the machine” while looking for ways to streamline, automate and replace.
Regularly use data to answer operational and strategic questions.
Ideal background
3+ years of experience working in a product operations role or at a strategy consulting firm.
Excellent communication skills.
Experience using data to conduct analysis and make decisions about products or complex processes.
Experience working with product and engineering teams.
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in an analytical field.
Compensation + benefits
Remote: We’re a remote-first company. You can live and work anywhere in the U.S.
Compensation: $90k-$110k
Equity: We’ll offer you generous equity.

Vacation: Unlimited PTO
Offsites: Beginning this fall, we’ll have optional offsites every quarter to meet + work with colleagues around the country. We’ll cover all travel + lodging expenses. At our previous company, we did offsites in Austin, Santa Fe, Napa, Lake Tahoe, Las Vegas, etc.
