The Talent Coordinator works closely with a team of recruiters in a fast-paced talent acquisition organization. The Talent Coordinator is an integral partner managing recruiting activities and building candidate relationships; often providing candidates with their first impression of Lark. You will need to work effectively cross functionally with internal stakeholders and candidates, possess great communication skills, be able to shift gears at a moment’s notice and enjoy the challenges of helping to build a great organization. What You’ll Do
Schedule candidate interviews, working directly with candidates and hiring managers
Updating candidate records and job postings in the applicant tracking system - Greenhouse
Providing follow-up correspondence to candidates regarding interview status and changes
Track recruiting activities and provide candidate status reporting
Identifying opportunities for improving the candidate experience and scheduling efficiency
Provide support to the company employee referral campaign administration and campaigns
Handle the internal job openings and assist in the transfer/promotion process
Assist in the coordination of other recruiting and HR activities as needed
While performing the duties of this position you will have access to, and work with confidential data, this position must adhere to strict confidentiality policies and procedures
What You’ll Need
Superb customer focus, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills
Strong oral and written communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment
Strong computer skills; Google suite, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint
Very adept with technology, be able to work in multiple programs effectively
1-3 years of administrative, customer service or coordination experience
Working at Lark
Lark offers the option to work remotely in the United States. For Colorado Applicants only: minimum annual salary is $62,000 (minimum salary varies for other geographies). You may also be offered a bonus, stock options and/or benefits. The company is headquartered in Mountain View, CA.
