CRM coordinator

As the CRM Coordinator you will provide specialized support and daily administration for KPMG in Ukraine. Specific responsibilities include assistance for end users, creating and maintaining system information.

What you will do:

• Processing and entering contacts in CRM;
  · Tracking and monitoring the history of interaction with clients;
  · Daily monitoring and support of CRM work (regularity, quality of fill, completeness of the information provided);
  · Formation of statistical interim and final project reports;
  · Processing data in Excel (using logic formulas, pivot tables);
  · Training CRM users, writing simple instructions for users;
  · Addressing emerging problems to IT support team.
  · Participation in the preparation and sending email campaigns

What is required:

• University degree, or a final year student able to work full-time

· English - upper-intermediate

· Eager to learn!

• Strong data management skills and ability to multitask
  · Analytical thinking
  · Team player with excellent communication skills
  · Persistent, attentive to details and accurate
  · MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
  · Power BI, HTML knowledge will be a plus.
