Requirements
- Deliver advanced support for end-users.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware/software issues.
- Deploy, configure, maintain, and secure endpoint devices and software.
- Support Microsoft 365 apps.
- Document ticket resolutions and collaborate with IT/security teams.
- Reporting & Interaction: Reports to, works closely with, and submits weekly and monthly reports.
