工作内容

• 走访佛山及周边城市的家具市场、展厅、工厂、仓库和供应商。

• 根据设计需求、预算、尺寸、材质和时间要求寻找合适家具选项。

• 拍摄清晰照片和视频，收集报价，确认规格，并整理选项供业主审核。

• 在合适情况下协助谈价和确认条款，帮助筛选可靠供应商。

• 协调下单、付款、验货、包装、本地运输、出口或国内物流以及交付时间。

• 用英文和中文与业主家庭、设计师、供应商和物流方清晰沟通。

• 用简单共享表格或文档跟踪价格、联系人、决策和下一步事项。

• 常驻佛山，或能够经常前往佛山家具市场和供应商处。

• 中文沟通能力强；具备用于更新、总结和电话沟通的英文能力。

• 有家具采购、室内设计采购、出口物流、买手或采购代理等实地采购经验。

• 对质量、材质、饰面、尺寸和实际交付细节有判断力。

• 能够独立走访供应商，快速推进，并提供有条理的更新。

• 做事可靠透明，能谨慎处理报价、付款、时间线和供应商沟通。

Role Overview

We are looking for a part-time contract furniture sourcing and logistics agent based in Foshan or nearby. This is a one-time project for a custom family home after the design is complete. You will help source furniture and related home materials, visit suppliers in person, collect quotes and specifications, and coordinate the practical details from selection through ordering, inspection, packing, transport, and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Visit furniture markets, showrooms, factories, warehouses, and suppliers in Foshan and nearby cities.

• Source furniture options that match the design brief, budget, dimensions, materials, and timing.

• Take clear photos and videos, collect quotes, confirm specifications, and organize options for review.

• Negotiate pricing and terms when appropriate, and help identify reliable suppliers.

• Coordinate ordering, payments, inspections, packing, local transport, export or domestic logistics, and delivery timing.

• Communicate clearly in English and Chinese with the family, designers, vendors, and logistics providers.

• Track details in a simple shared spreadsheet or document so decisions, prices, contacts, and next steps stay organized.

Requirements

• Based in Foshan or able to travel frequently to Foshan furniture markets and suppliers.

• Strong spoken and written Chinese; working English for updates, summaries, and calls.

• Experience in furniture sourcing, interior design procurement, export logistics, buying agency work, or similar hands-on sourcing work.

• Good eye for quality, materials, finishes, dimensions, and practical delivery details.

• Comfortable moving quickly, visiting suppliers independently, and sending organized updates.

• Reliable, transparent, and careful with pricing, payments, timelines, and vendor communication.

Helpful but not required

• Existing supplier contacts in Foshan, Lecong, Shunde, or nearby furniture hubs.

• Experience with custom furniture, home renovation projects, or international shipping.

• Ability to inspect samples, finishes, upholstery, wood, stone, metalwork, lighting, or related home materials.
