In this senior leadership role, you will guide the strategy, vision, and execution of multiple product lines that impact educators, learners, and administrators globally. You will oversee a team of Senior Product Managers and Product Managers, ensuring alignment with business objectives while driving innovation and measurable outcomes. Your focus will be on balancing long-term product vision with near-term delivery, optimizing processes, and fostering a high-performing, collaborative culture. You will collaborate across Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to create solutions that delight users and differentiate products in the market. This role offers a unique opportunity to influence organizational growth, customer impact, and the adoption of AI-driven innovations.
Accountabilities
- Define and communicate a clear product strategy across multiple product pillars, aligning with company objectives and market trends.
- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from discovery and design to launch and continuous improvement.
- Mentor and develop a high-performing team of Senior Product Managers and Product Managers, fostering accountability, collaboration, and innovation.
- Partner with cross-functional teams—Engineering, Design, Content, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success—to ensure solutions meet business and customer needs.
- Establish and monitor key performance metrics, leveraging data to inform decisions and optimize product outcomes.
- Represent product pillars to executive leadership and external stakeholders, providing updates on progress, priorities, and strategic direction.
- Champion customer insights through research, competitive analysis, and market intelligence to guide product decisions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of senior product management experience, including leading and mentoring teams of Senior Product Managers.
- Proven success managing multiple product lines and delivering measurable business and customer outcomes.
- Experience transforming legacy products, including platform migration, user transition, and strategic sunsetting.
- Data-driven mindset with strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills, and experience instilling this approach in teams.
- Strategic thinking with the ability to operationalize vision into actionable execution.
- Familiarity with leveraging AI in product development and customer experiences.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in EdTech, SaaS, or content/assistive technology industries is a plus.
- Experience in high-growth or PE-backed environments, and external representation (industry events, partnerships) is desirable.
