In this role, you will guide the onboarding and implementation of innovative dental technology solutions for new and existing clients, helping clinicians and dental teams optimize patient care. You will act as a bridge between customers and the platform, providing technical training, creating customized workflows, and ensuring the adoption of new tools and protocols. This position requires strong relationship-building skills, consultative expertise, and a deep understanding of dental or orthodontic practices. You will collaborate with regional sales managers, customer success teams, and internal stakeholders to deliver a seamless onboarding experience. With significant travel involved, you will have the opportunity to provide hands-on support and influence how dental practices adopt cutting-edge AI technology.
Accountabilities:
- Onboard new clients and create tailored workflows for their dental practices.
- Train clinicians and dental teams on the use of software and hardware solutions.
- Support and nurture existing clients to maximize engagement with AI-driven dental tools.
- Build strong, lasting relationships with customers to ensure adoption and advocacy of the platform.
- Act as a technical liaison between clients and the platform to resolve questions and issues.
- Collaborate with sales, customer success, and regional teams to enhance client onboarding experiences.
- Attend local trade shows and provide on-site support as needed.
- Influence adoption of new protocols and technology while addressing client hesitations.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in dentistry, orthodontics, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience in training, implementation, and consultative client support.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients and internal teams.
- Strong IT and computer science knowledge with interest in emerging technologies.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently while demonstrating enthusiasm and curiosity.
- Fluent in English with advanced verbal and written communication skills.
- Willingness to travel up to 60% for on-site client training and support.
