We are seeking a Technical Product Manager to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-focused technical solutions and analytics products. In this role, you will collaborate with engineers, business owners, analysts, and stakeholders to define project goals, solution scope, and rollout strategies. You will drive the creation of data-driven products that optimize workflows, improve performance metrics, and support high-tier client engagements. This position offers the opportunity to influence product strategy, implement innovative solutions, and refine offerings that scale across enterprise clients. You will play a key role in bridging technical execution with business value while shaping the future of enterprise product initiatives.
Accountabilities:
- Partner with business owners and stakeholders to define project goals, constraints, and ideal outcomes, advocating for the solution vision.
- Optimize live user workflows by monitoring key metrics, analyzing feedback, and implementing iterative improvements.
- Collaborate with internal teams and end users to gather requirements, perform solution design, test hypotheses, and guide execution.
- Write detailed user stories capturing business rationale, requirements, and success criteria based on measurable outcomes.
- Develop and maintain short- and long-term roadmaps to deliver maximum value with minimal risk, iterating as needed.
- Support cross-functional teams in scaling enterprise solutions and enhancing analytics capabilities.
Requirements
- 6+ years of product management experience in technology, SaaS, or technology-enabled services.
- Strong experience using data and research to inform solution design and internal business understanding.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycles, preferably within Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience developing enterprise technology or healthcare-related products.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to build subject matter expertise.
- Experience building analytical data products and fluency with healthcare datasets (claims, scheduling, cost/utilization reporting).
- Comfort with client-facing roles and collaboration within enterprise or health system environments.
- Knowledge of MSSP and MA value-based care programs and SQL proficiency is preferred.
