In this role, you will lead the design of complex, cross-product systems that impact hundreds of thousands of users globally. You will be responsible for defining, shaping, and scaling platform and operational workflows, collaborating closely with Product, Engineering, UX Research, and Content teams. This position offers an opportunity to influence product-wide design strategy, integrate AI-driven features, and create cohesive experiences that connect multiple product lines. You will mentor other designers, set standards for scalable design systems, and contribute to both user satisfaction and business impact. Accountabilities:
- Lead end-to-end design of platform and systems workflows, from discovery through implementation.
- Define cross-product experiences that are consistent, scalable, and user-centric.
- Shape, evolve, and steward design systems to ensure cohesion, accessibility, and high-quality standards.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Research teams to translate complex technical and business requirements into intuitive designs.
- Ideate, prototype, and iterate on AI-powered features and automation tools.
- Set design standards and provide mentorship to elevate team craft and drive cross-functional alignment.
- Measure success through user research, analytics, and feedback to continuously optimize workflows and interactions.
Requirements
- 8+ years of professional experience in Product Design with a strong portfolio demonstrating systems thinking, workflow-focused solutions, and measurable impact.
- Proven expertise in design craft, including UX, visual design, and strategic design decision-making.
- Experience designing for enterprise or platform-scale products with complex workflows.
- Strong collaboration and leadership skills, capable of influencing outcomes across disciplines.
- Comfort with ambiguity, fast-paced environments, and iterative design processes.
- Familiarity with AI integration and automation in design workflows.
- Proficiency with modern design tools such as Figma and user research platforms for qualitative and quantitative analysis.
- Growth mindset with a focus on continuous learning, mentoring, and knowledge sharing.
