In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining cloud infrastructure solutions that enable scalable, secure, and high-performing applications. You will work closely with engineering and operations teams to translate business requirements into robust cloud architectures, leveraging Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and best practices in Azure cloud services. This position offers the opportunity to shape cloud strategies, optimize performance, and ensure security and compliance across complex hybrid and multi-cloud environments. Accountabilities
- Design, implement, and maintain cloud infrastructure solutions using Azure and hybrid/multi-cloud environments.
- Translate business and technical requirements into scalable, secure, and efficient cloud architectures.
- Develop, review, and optimize Infrastructure as Code (IaC) templates using ARM, Terraform, Bicep, or equivalent tools.
- Define guidelines, best practices, and benchmarks for functional and non-functional requirements (scalability, security, performance).
- Conduct architecture reviews, POCs, and technical analysis to ensure solutions meet business and operational goals.
- Collaborate with global engineering teams to support CI/CD pipelines, automation, and DevOps practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve cloud infrastructure issues, including performance, cost optimization, and security concerns.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure engineering.
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services (Compute, Networking, Storage, Security, Monitoring).
- Expertise in Infrastructure as Code (ARM templates, Terraform, Bicep, or equivalent).
- Familiarity with cloud security principles, compliance frameworks, and hybrid/multi-cloud environments.
- Knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automation scripting.
- Experience with data integration tools or cloud-native data services.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
