This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Sr. Business Systems Analyst II in the United States.
This role is ideal for an experienced business systems professional who bridges IT and Supply Chain operations to drive efficiency and innovation. You will oversee SAP EWM system configuration, manage internal AMS resources, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technology with business needs. The position involves optimizing warehouse and manufacturing processes, supporting system enhancements, and providing strategic insights for continuous improvement. You will lead testing, documentation, and data reporting initiatives while resolving operational issues. This role offers exposure to complex ERP environments, opportunities for impact on large-scale operations, and a collaborative, fast-paced work environment.
Accountabilities:
- Configure and maintain SAP EWM systems according to operational requirements.
- Lead and coordinate internal AMS teams, managing resources, task prioritization, and timely project delivery.
- Collaborate with Supply Chain, Procurement, and Planning teams to optimize workflows and synchronize operations.
- Create and execute test plans, maintain system documentation, and develop reporting tools within SAP S/4 HANA.
- Resolve support incidents and provide ongoing system support for warehouse and manufacturing processes.
- Stay informed on upcoming SAP EWM releases and OSS notes to identify system improvements.
- Foster strong stakeholder relationships and ensure alignment between IT and business objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or Logistics-related fields.
- 5+ years implementing and supporting SAP applications, preferably in manufacturing or warehouse environments.
- Strong expertise in SAP EWM processes, master data integration, and handling units.
- Knowledge of SAP Purchasing, Production Planning, and Sales & Distribution.
- Experience with SAP data maintenance tools and reporting; Winshuttle Studio/Runner is a plus.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and business acumen to effectively engage with technical and non-technical teams.
