We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Integration Engineer to implement and manage enterprise risk, compliance, and authorization solutions. This role focuses on configuring, customizing, and deploying ServiceNow GRC, IRM, and CAM modules to support organizational governance and compliance objectives. The ideal candidate will collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into functional solutions, automate risk management processes, and provide actionable insights through dashboards and reporting. You will ensure alignment with federal and organizational security standards while driving continuous improvement and knowledge sharing across teams. This is a remote position offering opportunities to work on impactful projects in a collaborative, innovative environment.
Accountabilities:
- Lead configuration, customization, and deployment of ServiceNow GRC, IRM, and CAM modules to meet organizational needs.
- Translate business requirements into functional and technical solutions within the ServiceNow platform.
- Integrate existing risk, compliance, and authorization processes into ServiceNow workflows.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and metrics for continuous monitoring.
- Ensure compliance with federal and organizational security frameworks, including NIST RMF, FISMA, and FedRAMP.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance for risk and compliance automation initiatives.
- Conduct training and knowledge transfer sessions for end users and administrators.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Must be a U.S. citizen eligible for a security clearance.
- Proven experience implementing ServiceNow GRC, IRM, and/or CAM modules.
- Strong understanding of risk management, compliance frameworks, and continuous monitoring standards.
- ServiceNow certification in GRC or IRM preferred.
- Independent problem-solving skills with strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and customer service focus.
- Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively with stakeholders.
