This role offers the opportunity to lead and scale a high-impact Identity & Access Management (IAM) program, ensuring secure, efficient, and compliant access across enterprise systems. You will manage a small team of IAM specialists, driving hands-on execution while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders. The position balances technical depth with leadership, focusing on policy implementation, IAM tooling, and operational excellence. You will shape workflows that safeguard user data, support business objectives, and maintain adherence to regulatory standards. Accountabilities:
- Lead and manage the IAM team, providing mentorship, guidance, and hands-on support to ensure secure and efficient operations.
- Oversee implementation and ongoing management of IAM solutions, including access policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
- Collaborate with IT and other departments to integrate IAM requirements seamlessly into business processes.
- Select, deploy, and manage IAM tools (including IGA systems) to enhance operational efficiency and scalability.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments, implementing improvements to maintain compliance and address evolving security needs.
- Support IT security measures to protect user data, applications, and systems from unauthorized access.
Requirements
- Proven experience in IAM program management, including implementation and execution of access management solutions.
- Strong knowledge of IAM processes, technologies, and compliance frameworks (e.g., NIST, FedRAMP).
- Experience leading small, dedicated teams, fostering collaboration, accountability, and professional growth.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and execution skills with strong attention to detail.
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or equivalent are a plus.
- Hands-on mindset with the ability to work closely with technical teams while driving strategic IAM initiatives.
