React JS Developer (Remote - India)

Accountabilities

• Develop user-facing features and modules using React JS, prioritizing rendering efficiency and performance.
• Collaborate with designers and backend developers to implement responsive and scalable web applications.
• Create reusable components and front-end libraries to support future development.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues to optimize performance across devices and browsers.
• Document code and provide technical insights to maintain project clarity.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to foster team collaboration.
• Work with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and ensure alignment with objectives.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model.
• Solid knowledge of React.js, Redux, Redux Thunk or Redux Saga, and core React principles.
• Expertise in HTML5, CSS, JavaScript (ES6), and TypeScript.
• Understanding of RESTful APIs, microfrontend, and microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with UI frameworks such as Ant Design, Tailwind, Less, or Material UI is a plus.
• Experience with front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, and NPM.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to produce bug-free production-grade code.
• Experience with code versioning tools such as Git, SVN, Github, or Bitbucket.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, Jira, and project management processes.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to evolving project requirements.
• Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree preferred (BE, B.Tech, BCA, B.Sc, B.Sc IT, B.Com).
