We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Project & Program Management professional to lead complex, cross-functional technology initiatives from inception through delivery. This role focuses on coordinating multiple projects involving networks, servers, software deployments, and enterprise systems, ensuring timely execution and alignment with organizational goals. You will partner with technical teams, internal stakeholders, and vendors to define project requirements, manage risks, track progress, and maintain comprehensive documentation. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic environment, excels at problem-solving, and brings strong leadership and communication skills to influence and drive project success. This is a hands-on role with significant impact on project efficiency and organizational performance.
Accountabilities:
- Manage multiple, complex, cross-functional IT projects including system, network, and software implementations.
- Lead project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, engaging all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including schedules, risk analyses, process guides, and post-project evaluations.
- Use KPIs, metrics, and project management tools to monitor performance and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
- Drive process improvement initiatives to eliminate gaps and enhance efficiency across teams.
- Serve as primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and vendor partners, coordinating meetings and facilitating communication.
- Identify risks proactively, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure adherence to change management procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (B.S./B.A.) or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 8+ years of related project/program management experience in IT or technical environments.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and resolve conflicts effectively.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, change management, and governance processes.
- Excellent written, verbal, and documentation communication skills.
- Proficiency in creating spreadsheets, presentations, and detailed project/process documentation.
- Strong analytical, observational, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to collaborate with stakeholders and provide clear updates to executive-level audiences.
- Professional certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PMI-ACP) preferred.
