In this role, you will manage the delivery of cutting-edge AI and Agentforce solutions for enterprise clients, shaping the implementation from strategy to execution. You will act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring successful deployment of AI-powered workflows while coordinating cross-functional teams. Accountabilities:
- Serve as Product Owner and Project Manager for AI and Agentforce delivery projects, overseeing scope, schedule, and outcomes.
- Act as a thought leader for customers, guiding use case definition and business outcome alignment.
- Transition customers from sales to delivery, including kickoffs, role assignments, and onboarding.
- Manage project financials, monitor progress, and ensure projects stay on track.
- Facilitate meetings with clients and internal teams to maintain alignment and resolve issues.
- Lead internal initiatives to create reusable assets, improve processes, and foster innovation.
- Deliver documented, measurable outcomes for projects prior to closeout.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a delivery leader managing AI-related implementations on Salesforce or AWS platforms.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce, including Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Agentforce.
- Proven ability to manage projects end-to-end in a consulting or professional services environment.
- Experience with SOW/Change Order creation, estimation, and scope management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for diverse stakeholder audiences.
- Salesforce Admin certification, plus Sales Cloud or Service Cloud Consultant certification.
- Analytical, consultative mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Comfortable working in agile, fast-paced environments with evolving requirements.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or related field.
- Experience managing implementation projects for new or evolving products.
- Familiarity with AI tools and projects, including generative AI or workflow automation.
