We are seeking a strategic and technically-savvy Product Manager to lead the evolution of a next-generation programmatic advertising platform. In this role, you will define and execute the product vision for a multi-channel, AI-driven DSP, shaping how data, creative, and automation come together to drive measurable B2B outcomes. You will collaborate closely with engineering, data science, and go-to-market teams to deliver scalable, innovative solutions while optimizing performance across display, video, CTV, and emerging media channels. Accountabilities:
- Own the DSP product strategy and roadmap, driving AI-led performance across all media channels.
- Build and scale intelligent systems that integrate data, creative personalization, and outcome-driven optimization.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to implement adaptive creative and generative content workflows.
- Expand activation across video, CTV, and emerging channels, leveraging identity and account-level data.
- Develop measurement and experimentation frameworks to quantify pipeline influence and ROI.
- Collaborate with engineering and data science to operationalize AI models for bidding, pacing, and creative optimization.
- Represent the advertiser and agency perspective internally to ensure intuitive, high-impact product experiences.
Requirements
- 7–10+ years of product management experience, ideally in ad tech, DSPs, or AI-driven media platforms.
- Proven track record in media optimization, programmatic ecosystems, and measurable B2B outcomes.
- Technical literacy and ability to discuss architecture, ML models, and experimentation frameworks with engineering teams.
- Experience scaling products into new media formats (CTV, native, video) and addressing performance and measurement challenges.
- Strong analytical, strategic, and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize and execute in complex environments.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills for both technical and executive audiences.
