Accountabilities
- Design, develop, test, debug, and document software solutions that meet business requirements for complex projects.
- Work collaboratively within a Scrum team, participating in sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives.
- Adhere to architecture standards, security policies, and risk management procedures.
- Deliver solutions leveraging .NET frameworks, C#, SQL, and relational database technologies.
- Translate functional specifications into working software and assist with third-level production support.
- Participate in unit, integration, load, and performance testing, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- Support knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team, contributing to best practices and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 0–2 years of professional experience in a .NET development environment.
- Solid understanding of object-oriented design/programming, n-tier web applications, and relational databases.
- Proficiency in C#, .NET, SQL, and Microsoft development tools such as TFS.
- Familiarity with web technologies: ASP.NET, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript frameworks (Ajax, JQuery, AngularJS), JSON, and XML.
- Exposure to unit testing, automated testing tools (Selenium, Coded UI), and web services (REST/SOAP).
- Ability to work in an Agile team environment and follow test-driven development practices.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving mindset.
