As an Implementation Engineer, you will lead the successful deployment, integration, and configuration of complex SaaS solutions for clients in the healthcare and technology sectors. You will act as the primary technical point of contact throughout the implementation lifecycle, ensuring seamless setup and optimal performance of systems. This position offers an opportunity to collaborate with sales, product, and engineering teams while driving customer success through technical excellence and proactive communication. Accountabilities:
- Lead the deployment, integration, and configuration of software solutions for new and existing clients.
- Act as the main technical liaison during implementation, providing guidance and updates to clients.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues efficiently throughout the setup process.
- Maintain detailed documentation of implementation steps, configurations, and resolutions for internal and client use.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, QA, and product teams to streamline integrations and enhance operational workflows.
- Provide training and support to clients, ensuring full understanding and optimal product utilization.
- Gather client feedback to inform product enhancements and contribute to continuous process improvement.
- Recommend and execute customized solutions to fit client requirements, ensuring smooth integration with existing systems.
Requirements
- Bachelorโs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 8+ years of experience in technical implementation, SaaS integration, or customer success engineering.
- Strong background in system integrations, databases, APIs, and cloud-based platforms.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and deliver timely solutions.
- Experience using Salesforce for project tracking and issue management.
- Familiarity with scripting or programming languages such as Python or JavaScript is a plus.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong project management skills with experience juggling multiple implementations and deadlines.
