We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Enterprise Architect to lead the management and optimization of enterprise architecture systems using LeanIX. This role plays a key part in ensuring data accuracy, system reliability, and strategic collaboration across technical and business teams. You will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing architecture data frameworks, building insightful dashboards, and driving engagement with key stakeholders. The ideal candidate combines technical expertise, analytical thinking, and strong communication skills to help align technology strategy with business goals. This is a remote position open to candidates based in the US or Canada.
Accountabilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the Enterprise Architecture Management System (EAMS) with a focus on LeanIX.
- Process and validate updates to LeanIX Fact Sheets and ensure alignment with enterprise data models.
- Manage data migrations, imports, exports, and cross-environment refreshes.
- Monitor data integrity, quality, and governance, addressing issues proactively.
- Develop and maintain LeanIX automations, surveys, and operational runbooks.
- Create reports and dashboards in LeanIX and Power BI to support business decisions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to maintain data accuracy and improve transparency.
- Act as a subject matter expert for LeanIX capabilities, ensuring best practices and consistent adoption.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, data management, or a related domain.
- Proven hands-on experience with LeanIX (Fact Sheets, Reports, Automations).
- Strong proficiency in Power BI and other data visualization tools.
- Solid understanding of data modeling, governance, and architecture frameworks.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to operational excellence.
- Experience with scripting or automation tools within LeanIX is a plus.
- Familiarity with frameworks such as TOGAF or ArchiMate, and cloud environments is preferred.
