We are seeking a highly strategic and hands-on Director of Sales Enablement to drive the effectiveness of our sales organization. This role will partner closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to design and implement programs that ensure consistent messaging, best practices, and rapid onboarding across the sales cycle. You will lead initiatives to equip sales professionals with the tools, training, and insights they need to perform at the highest level. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at connecting strategy with execution, and has a passion for enabling sales teams to exceed their targets. You will have the opportunity to influence commercial strategy, shape sales processes, and directly contribute to revenue growth.
Accountabilities:
- Design and execute sales enablement programs aligned with organizational goals and sales strategy.
- Develop client-facing messaging, sales content, and training programs to improve performance across the team.
- Partner with sales, product, and research teams to ensure enablement content is relevant, actionable, and impactful.
- Track, monitor, and analyze sales performance metrics to identify insights and inform strategic decisions.
- Lead onboarding and training for new hires, ensuring rapid ramp-up to full productivity.
- Support and implement sales systems including CRM, automation, and enablement tools.
- Drive cross-functional initiatives and ad hoc projects that enhance overall commercial strategy.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in commercial operations, sales enablement, consulting, or management of sales teams.
- Experience with Salesforce administration and integrations (CRM, sales enablement, marketing automation).
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data to inform strategy and decision-making.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, capable of building relationships across teams and stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker able to translate business requirements into streamlined processes and enablement solutions.
- Strong project management skills to manage multiple initiatives and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in a high-growth SaaS or technology company is preferred.
