We are seeking a creative and tech-savvy Content Creator to join a dynamic healthcare and wellness team, helping to develop engaging and educational content across social media and digital platforms. This role offers the opportunity to shape the brand’s voice, produce short-form video content, and collaborate closely with marketing and clinical teams. The ideal candidate will be comfortable using AI-driven content tools, video editing software, and social media platforms to drive audience engagement and conversions. As a key contributor, you will help build a content strategy that supports growth, brand awareness, and customer education, with the potential to transition into a full-time Marketing Content Lead role as the company expands nationwide. This position is remote but requires U.S.-based candidates.
Accountabilities:
- Plan, script, shoot, and edit short-form videos for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and other social media platforms.
- Collaborate with marketing and clinical teams to create educational, engaging, and conversion-oriented content.
- Develop content strategies that align with brand goals and campaign objectives.
- Utilize AI-powered tools and creative software to enhance content production and efficiency.
- Track content performance and provide insights to optimize engagement and reach.
- Support the growth of the brand’s online presence through innovative storytelling and multimedia content.
Requirements
- Proven experience in content creation, social media management, or digital marketing.
- Proficiency with AI-powered tools and video editing platforms, such as CapCut, Descript, Canva, Adobe Suite, and ChatGPT.
- Strong understanding of short-form video content, social media trends, and audience engagement strategies.
- Excellent planning, scripting, shooting, and editing skills for digital content.
- Experience in healthcare, wellness, or medspa marketing is strongly preferred.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, startup environment.
- Excellent communication, creativity, and organizational skills.
