Based in or near Munich, you will be a central driver of strategic initiatives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Accountabilities:
- Support the executive leadership by driving alignment, follow-through, and accountability on key strategic priorities.
- Manage and improve leadership operating systems such as OKRs, planning cycles, board preparations, and leadership offsites.
- Lead or co-lead cross-functional strategic projects spanning product, finance, operations, commercial, and people teams.
- Act as a connector between executives, department heads, and external stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging and decision-making.
- Build repeatable processes and internal systems to streamline business execution.
- Monitor performance metrics and create dashboards to enable timely, informed leadership decisions.
- Provide operational support to help executives focus on high-priority objectives while managing critical responsibilities.
Requirements
- 5–10 years of professional experience, with 2–3 years as a Chief of Staff or in a senior operations, strategy, or leadership-facing role in high-growth tech environments.
- Proven experience supporting C-level executives and boards, ideally within startups or scale-ups.
- Strong business generalist with solid understanding of financials, business models, and organizational dynamics.
- Track record of leading large cross-functional initiatives with measurable outcomes.
- Data-driven, structured problem-solving, and ability to bring clarity and execution power to complex situations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; German proficiency is a strong plus.
- Highly adaptable, agile, and comfortable navigating fast-paced, dynamic work environments.
- Based in or near Munich, Germany.
Benefits
- Competitive and fair compensation, aligned with market benchmarks.
- Flexible and remote work options, focusing on results rather than hours.
- 30 days of paid time off and fully covered public transport within Germany.
- Health and wellbeing programs, including access to gyms and wellness memberships.
- Professional development budget and opportunities for career growth.
- Team events, meetups, and social activities fostering connection and collaboration.
- Opportunity to work in a diverse, international team with significant impact on strategic initiatives.
