As an AEM Architect, you will lead the design, development, and delivery of high-impact Adobe Experience Manager solutions. You will collaborate with clients to translate business requirements into scalable technical architectures while guiding engineering teams through all phases of the project lifecycle. This role emphasizes innovation, technical excellence, and mentorship, offering the opportunity to shape complex digital experiences and advance your expertise in Adobe platforms and cloud services. Accountabilities
- Architect and oversee the development of mission-critical AEM systems with high availability and performance.
- Serve as a technical lead in client engagements, translating business needs into actionable technical solutions.
- Contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle, from planning and design to deployment and support.
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to senior engineers and cross-functional teams.
- Review code, create architecture documentation, and ensure engineering best practices are followed.
- Integrate AEM solutions with third-party systems such as Salesforce, Mulesoft, or e-commerce platforms.
- Promote information security best practices, including data protection, privacy compliance (GDPR, CCPA), and system integrity.
Requirements
- 7+ years of hands-on AEM development experience in a professional setting.
- 3+ years of experience in AEM technical leadership or team management.
- Proven expertise with AEM Cloud Service or AEM 6.5, Java, Sling, OSGi, JCR, and Apache Web Server.
- Experience integrating AEM with third-party systems and implementing high availability, caching, and disaster recovery strategies.
- Strong problem-solving skills, communication skills, and ability to mentor and guide engineering teams.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, and unit testing practices.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
