Lead the architectural scaling of a cutting-edge AI platform, transforming it into a high-reliability operational system for complex financial workflows. This Staff role involves defining strategic technical direction for core orchestration, evaluation, and data governance layers, acting as a technical force multiplier to build the gold standard for AI trust and reliability in a regulated environment.

What you will do:

• Define and scale the core AI platform architecture to support complex agentic workflows.

• Drive organizational quality and trust standards by owning evaluation frameworks and data governance.

• Provide technical leadership, unblock ambiguous problems, and mentor other engineers.

The ideal candidate:

• 8+ years in ML/software engineering, with 3+ years architecting and operating production AI/ML systems.

• Proven track record in B2B SaaS backend architecture, especially multi-user workflow orchestration.

• Deep expertise in distributed systems, high-volume Python backends, and designing for auditability in regulated environments.
