You’ll collaborate with product, legal, compliance, fraud, and risk teams, while managing external partners to ensure scalable, compliant financial offerings. What you will do:
Serve as the key operational link between Product, Legal, Compliance, Fraud, Risk, and external partners.
Manage day-to-day relationships with partner banks and third-party providers.
Build scalable processes for new credit products and monitor reporting to detect trends and anomalies.
The ideal candidate:
4+ years of experience in program management, operations, payments, banking, or card program management.
Excellent communicator with strong problem-framing and stakeholder management skills.
Proven ability to run complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives end-to-end.
