At Inetum Portugal, we are strengthening our Microsoft BizzApps & Copilot team with a senior and strategic profile. We are looking for a Team Leader with solid experience in Power Platform development projects and expertise in implementing solutions using Copilot Studio and AI Builder.

This is a unique opportunity to lead innovative projects, collaborate with high-profile clients, and contribute to digital transformation through cutting-edge Microsoft technologies.

Responsibilities

Lead technical teams in Power Platform development projects (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Dataverse).
Define solution architectures and ensure best development practices.
Implement solutions using Copilot Studio and AI Builder, integrating generative AI capabilities.
Manage client and stakeholder relationships, ensuring high-quality deliveries.
Promote the technical growth of the team and support members in obtaining certifications.

5+ years of experience in Power Platform projects.
Proven experience with Copilot Studio and AI Builder.
Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
Relevant Microsoft certifications (preferably PL-600, PL-400, AI-102).
Fluency in Portuguese and a good level of English.
