Requirements
- Distribute, manage, and process internal HR-related tickets using Jira software, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
- Handle and process external HR-related inquiries, such as employment confirmations requested by third parties.
- Ensure the accuracy and validity of employee certificates (e.g., work permits); regularly review and request updated documentation as needed.
