Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to penetrate the clinical market in Hong Kong
- Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through prospecting, networking, and referrals
- Manage the full sales cycle, including lead generation, product demonstrations, contract negotiations, and closing deals
- Maintain and expand relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business and cross-selling
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify new growth opportunities
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product management, and customer support teams
- Meet or exceed assigned sales quotas and targets for the Hong Kong territory
- Provide accurate and timely reporting on sales activities, pipeline, and forecasting
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., life sciences, healthcare, business)
- Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience in the biotech/life sciences/pharma industry, preferably with a focus on the clinical market
- Established network of contacts and relationships in the Hong Kong healthcare ecosystem
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Proficient in both English and Cantonese (Mandarin Chinese an asset)
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as needed
