HubSpot is seeking a UK/I Mid-Market Customer Success Manager to manage relationships with businesses, help them use HubSpot software, and drive customer adoption. The role focuses on proactive engagement, problem-solving, and collaboration with various teams to ensure customer retention and growth. This is a remote position offering a mix of proactive and reactive work.

Requirements

Fluent in written and spoken English
Extensive experience in a client-facing or account management role
Business savvy with consultative, problem solving, and issue resolution skills
Strong knowledge of the media/digital landscape
Motivated self-starter with high self-awareness
Strong negotiation skills and comfortable navigating financial conversations
