Your role at Hostinger

Your day-to-day

• Discover and onboard new affiliate partners across DACH and Benelux markets.
• Build and strengthen long-term relationships with top affiliates.
• Develop strategies to maximize conversions and optimize ROI.
• Collaborate with internal teams on campaigns and product initiatives.
• Identify regional trends and untapped partnership opportunities.
• Use automation and AI tools to improve efficiency and campaign management.

Your skills and experience

• 3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing or partnership development.
• In-depth knowledge of the DACH and Benelux affiliate ecosystem and knowledge of local affiliates, such as: main news and technology websites, main coupon websites, digital communities, etc.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on measurable growth.
• General proficiency in AI and workflow automation.
• Fluent in German and English (both written and spoken).
