Requirements
- 7+ years experience in a HRBP role, with at least 2 years in a lead or managerial capacity.
- Proven experience in HR strategy, employee relations, talent management and talent acquisition.
- In depth knowledge of labour laws, compliance regulations, payroll, HR best practices and trends.
- Fluent in English and German.
- Familiarity with Personio as HRIS.
