Amazon Inventory Recovery & Unfulfillable Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented Amazon Inventory Recovery & Unfulfillable Specialist to join our Global Services team. In this role, you will own the end-to-end process of identifying, investigating, and recovering value from inventory exceptions across our Amazon accounts.

Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on experience managing Amazon FBA inventory operations (Seller Central or Vendor Central)
• Demonstrated experience with unfulfillable inventory workflows, removal orders, and disposition management
• Proficiency with Amazon's FBA inventory reports, reconciliation tools, and Seller Support case management
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases and SKUs simultaneously
• Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision in a remote environment
• Strong written communication skills in English
