We’re looking for a Workforce Analyst who can track performance metrics, analyze trends, and manage reporting systems that drive continuous improvement.
You’ll work closely with operations and team leads to ensure performance data is accurate, dashboards are up to date, and insights are turned into action. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a systems-oriented mindset.

What You’ll Work On
Performance Tracking and Analysis
- Collect, track, and analyze operational and performance data across multiple departments
- Maintain dashboards and reports that provide visibility into productivity, accuracy, and efficiency
- Identify performance trends, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement
- Support weekly and monthly reporting for leadership with clear metrics and actionable insights
Process Optimization and Reporting
- Build and refine reporting templates and KPI dashboards
- Collaborate with QA and Operations Managers to validate data and improve reporting accuracy
- Support planning and forecasting through workforce and capacity analysis
- Ensure data consistency and reliability across systems and teams
Cross-Team Support
- Work with team leads to share insights and clarify data discrepancies
- Provide recommendations to improve workflow visibility and team efficiency
- Help develop new metrics as processes evolve and tools are introduced
What You Bring
- 2 to 4 years of experience in operations analysis, workforce analytics, or business process reporting
- Strong understanding of metrics tracking, KPI management, and data visualization
- Proficiency in Google Sheets, Excel, or Looker Studio (Data Studio)
- Experience in a BPO, marketing operations, or SaaS environment preferred
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple data sources and deadlines
- Comfortable working independently in a remote, fast-paced setup
Nice to Have
- Experience with automation tools, SQL, or Airtable
- Familiarity with marketing analytics or campaign performance data
- Understanding of workforce management or resource forecasting
- Ability to translate data insights into clear, practical recommendations
