We’re looking for a Training Manager to build and maintain a strong foundation for new hires joining our marketing operations team.
You’ll be responsible for designing and improving the onboarding experience, managing the shadowing process, and creating clear, easy-to-follow training materials. This role ensures every new team member feels confident, aligned, and productive as quickly as possible.

What You’ll Work On
Onboarding and Training
- Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires across teams
- Coordinate the shadowing program to help new hires learn by observing experienced team members
- Track progress and ensure each new hire completes onboarding milestones
Training Material Development
- Create and update training documentation, guides, and walkthroughs
- Convert existing Loom recordings into structured training videos
- Identify training gaps and propose where new materials or walkthroughs are needed
- Collaborate with leadership to ensure all process updates are documented and shared
Knowledge Base and Systems
- Build and maintain a centralized knowledge base that stores training resources, SOPs, and process documentation
- Continuously improve clarity, accessibility, and usability of training materials
- Ensure all documentation reflects current tools, workflows, and standards
What You Bring
- 3+ years of experience in training, onboarding, or operations within a marketing or SaaS environment
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Experience using tools like Notion, Asana, Loom, and Google Workspace
- Comfortable creating and maintaining digital training materials and visual walkthroughs
- Excellent communication and attention to detail
- A structured approach to managing multiple onboarding and training projects at once
Nice to Have
- Experience creating video-based or self-paced learning materials
- Familiarity with SEO or paid media operations
- Background in knowledge management or learning operations
- Understanding of how to measure training effectiveness and improve onboarding speed
