Requirements
- Handling customer inquiries about orders, products, and services
- Communication by phone, email, and chat (approximately 85% back office)
- Accurate documentation in the designated tools (e.g. Zendesk)
- Collaboration with the project team to ensure high customer satisfaction
- Valid VAT ID
- Very good German language skills in writing and speaking, English skills are an advantage
- Experience in customer service / contact center (phone, email, or chat)
- Reliable, structured, and independent work style
- Punctual, resilient, and team-oriented
