Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in IT Support
- 2+ years leading or managing a support team
- Highly proficient with Jira Service Management
- Strong, demonstrable track record of running support as a data-driven function
- Hands-on experience deploying AI agents, chatbots, or automation
- Managed rotas across on-call, triage, and on-site responsibilities
- Designed and operated clear escalation processes
