Why Join Hansø Home Now 🚀

Hansø Home is scaling fast — and the supply chain is at the center of it.

As we grow, complexity increases: more SKUs, more suppliers, more shipments, more moving parts. That’s why structure, visibility, and control aren’t “nice to have” — they’re critical to how we operate.

This role sits right at the core of that.

The Supply Chain PMO is not a passive coordination role. It’s the engine behind how the department runs — building the systems, processes, and reporting that allow the team to scale without chaos. From SOPs to KPIs, from system integrity to project execution, your work will directly shape how efficiently and effectively we operate.

If you like bringing order to complexity, building structure from the ground up, and turning data into action, this role puts you in a position to have a real impact.

About the Role

As Supply Chain PMO, you’ll own the structure behind the Supply Chain organization.

You’ll be responsible for standardizing processes, building and maintaining performance tracking, ensuring system accuracy, and driving coordination across key initiatives. You’ll work closely with the VP Supply Chain and cross-functional teams to keep operations aligned, scalable, and data-driven.

This is a hands-on role for someone who is highly structured, analytical, and comfortable operating across multiple workstreams at once.

What You’ll Own

SOP Governance & Process Excellence

Own and maintain all Supply Chain SOPs, ensuring they are clear, up-to-date, and consistently applied
Design and implement new processes across sourcing, logistics, and warehouse operations
Drive standardization of workflows to improve efficiency and scalability
Act as the central point of ownership for all process documentation

KPI Tracking & Performance Management

Define and implement Supply Chain KPIs aligned with business priorities
Build and manage dashboards tracking performance across logistics, sourcing, inventory, and warehouse operations
Ensure consistent, accurate reporting to leadership
Identify performance gaps and support teams in driving corrective actions

Data Integrity & Systems Ownership (Cin7 Core)

Act as the key owner of Cin7 Core for Supply Chain
Ensure high data accuracy across inventory, purchase orders, and operational flows
Manage system configurations, updates, and continuous improvements
Train and support team members on system usage and best practices
Act as the bridge between Supply Chain and technical/system support teams

Supply Chain Budget & Cost Tracking

Partner with the VP Supply Chain to track and manage supply chain costs
Support budget planning, monitoring, and reporting
Provide visibility into key cost drivers (transport, sourcing, and inventory holding)
Build tools and reports to support cost optimization initiatives

Inventory Management & Process Design

Support the development and execution of the inventory management strategy
Build and maintain processes for inventory control, accuracy, and optimization
Ensure alignment across sourcing, logistics, and warehouse teams
Improve inventory visibility, turnover, and availability

Project Management & Cross-Functional Coordination

Coordinate key supply chain projects and initiatives
Track timelines, deliverables, and progress across multiple workstreams
Ensure alignment across stakeholders and clear communication of priorities
Bring structure, accountability, and follow-through to transformation initiatives

You’re a Great Fit If You…

Have 3–6+ years of experience in supply chain, operations, or PMO roles
Have strong experience working with ERP systems (Cin7 Core is a big plus)
Have built and managed SOPs, KPIs, and reporting frameworks
Are highly proficient in Excel or Google Sheets
Understand core supply chain functions (sourcing, logistics, inventory, and warehouse)
Are comfortable working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments
Can manage multiple priorities without losing structure or accuracy

What Makes You Successful in This Role ✨

You bring structure to complex, fast-moving environments
You operate with close attention to detail and data accuracy
You are proactive and solution-oriented, not reactive
You think in systems and processes, not one-off fixes
You communicate clearly and align stakeholders effectively
You take ownership and follow through reliably

What Success Looks Like

Clear, standardized SOPs across all supply chain functions
Reliable, accurate, and actionable KPI reporting
High data integrity across systems, especially Cin7 Core
