Marketing Lead

We’re looking for a creative, self-starting Marketing Lead who will join the Growth team and design a scalable growth marketing program from the ground up. This includes managing all acquisition and outreach, brand strategy, organic content and, eventually, paid social media.

Responsibilities

• Own and expand Harmonic's lead generation efforts across all marketing channels and platforms to position our product, aligned to specific client segment targets

• Drive strategic discussions to better understand our clients, business and opportunities

• Oversee and manage all communication channels, including email, social and messaging.

• Identify and lead strategic partnerships to drive user acquisition.

• Own experimental marketing channel development, optimizing metrics like conversion rate, LTV, CAC, and ROAS and budgeting effectively.

Qualifications

• A scrappy, roll-up-your-sleeves mentality with the ability to work efficiently and independently in a fast-paced environment and a desire to wear many hats

• 2+ years of experience with developer marketing, focus on data products is also a huge plus

• Strong verbal and written communication skills; Analytical and detail oriented

• Technical ability: experience setting up and maintaining key elements of the marketing stack (Google Analytics, Email Automation, etc.)
