High-level responsibilities

• Institutionalizing Harmonic Labs culture with robust people programs

  • Handle all people programs to grow team culture

  • Develop performance management and feedback systems

  • Measure team happiness and inclusion

  • Celebrate strengths and build processes to improve weaknesses

• Build comprehensive human resources operations infrastructure

  • Ensure employee compensation and benefits matches Harmonic Labs goals and objectives

  • Maintain payroll and employee compliance for both employees and contractors

  • Manage benefits and related vendors

• Recruiting great talent for our team

  • Research and implement ATS 

  • Create recruiting processes and build recruiting team

  • Streamline interviewing process

  • Develop recruiting templates
