Guardant Health is seeking a Senior Director of Clinical Value and Access, Screening to lead an innovative approach to cancer screening. This medical affairs professional will partner with stakeholders within the screening healthcare ecosystem to improve the introduction of new cancer screening products and services. The role involves engaging in national meetings, C-suite discussions, and developing partnerships for increased adoption of Guardant Health's products.
Requirements
- Advanced degree, MS, MPH, PhD, PharmD, or MD, or more than 5 years of experience in medical affairs
- 2-5 years of experience in diagnostics, oncology, screening, public health, or related fields
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, growing environment
- Outstanding and demonstrated leadership skills
- Experience in Medical Affairs for products addressing all stages of the cancer care continuum
- Demonstrated success in product support and strategic thinking
- Experience in collaborating with large healthcare systems preferred
- Self-starter with superior interpersonal communication skills
- Proven track record of developing and managing research collaborations
- Self-starter with superior interpersonal communication and presentation skills
