Sr Director - Analyst, AI Technology and Operations Evolution (Remote US)

The Sr Director - Analyst, AI Technology and Operations Evolution role is a thought leadership position within Gartner’s Business and Technology Insights (BTI) group, responsible for creating must-have insights and market predictions for clients. The ideal candidate will have 12+ years of relevant experience in AI Risk Management, AI Agents and Agentic AI, and AI Operating Models, with expertise in AI risk management, governance, and controls.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; Graduate degree preferred
• 12+ years of relevant field or industry experience
• Experience in AI Risk Management, AI Agents and Agentic AI, and AI Operating Models
