BPO Manager – Recruitment & Staffing Operations
We are seeking an experienced BPO Manager with a strong background in the recruitment and staffing industry. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in managing offshore teams, optimizing processes, and driving performance within a BPO setting.
Responsibilities:
Lead and scale BPO operations to support global recruitment delivery
Oversee day-to-day team management, SLAs, and client satisfaction
Implement process improvements to drive efficiency and quality
Manage integration and utilization of ATS/HRIS platforms (Ashby, Greenhouse, Lever, etc.)
Collaborate with recruitment leadership to align BPO operations with hiring strategies
Requirements:
Proven experience managing or running a BPO within the recruitment/staffing industry
Deep knowledge of ATS/HRIS systems (Ashby preferred)
Strong leadership, performance management, and stakeholder communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
