Brand Ambassador – Western & Central New York
About the Role:
As a Green Revolution Brand Ambassador, you’ll be at the forefront of growing one of the most trusted names in cannabis wellness. You’ll represent our products in dispensaries throughout Western and Central New York, including Rochester, Buffalo, and Binghamton. This is a field-based role that combines brand advocacy with relationship-driven sales.
Your main responsibilities include coordinating vendor days, educating dispensary staff, engaging consumers, and driving sell-through by communicating the unique benefits of Green Revolution products. You’ll work closely with our sales and marketing teams to ensure each visit contributes to brand visibility and measurable growth.

Green Revolution is a leader in cannabis wellness edibles, originating in Washington State. Our Doozie Gummies, WildSide MAX Shots, and Water-Based Tinctures are crafted with natural ingredients and innovative cannabinoid and botanical ratios for targeted, fast-acting effects. We are expanding our presence in New York and are seeking passionate, knowledgeable ambassadors to help us bring our products to new markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organize and lead vendor days across your assigned territory (Rochester, Buffalo, Binghamton, and surrounding areas).
- Provide training to dispensary staff on product knowledge, cannabinoids, and brand values.
- Build strong relationships with store managers and budtenders to drive sales and reorder activity.
- Engage directly with consumers to enhance brand awareness and loyalty.
- Support sales growth through in-store advocacy, promotional strategy, and education.
- Report feedback, insights, and opportunities to the sales and marketing teams.
Compensation:
This position includes hourly pay plus commission on sell-through performance and account growth.
Travel & Territory Details:
- Travel within one hour of Rochester is expected and not reimbursed.
- Travel beyond that radius (for example, to Buffalo or Binghamton) will be reimbursed.
- Candidates must be comfortable driving throughout the region and managing their own schedule for store visits and events.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous budtender or cannabis industry experience.
- Outgoing personality with strong communication and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to educate, influence, and motivate retail staff.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to Buffalo, Syracuse, Ithaca, Binghampton
Requirements
Strong passion and knowledge about the cannabis industry and products.
Exceptional communication and people skills.
Experience in sales, marketing, or a similar role is advantageous.
Ability to effectively engage and educate diverse groups of people.
Self-driven with the ability to work autonomously.
Must have reliable transportation and be willing to travel to assigned locations. A car is mandatory for the position in this location.
Applicants must be 21 years or older and adhere to all state cannabis regulations.
Willingness to attend second shifts, typically 4 PM - 9 PM.
Commitment to a minimum of six vendor days per month.
Benefits
-$80 for a 3-hour vendor day
- A $50 bonus is awarded for every 3 vendor days completed within a month. (can be stacked....example: 9 vendor days in a month would be a $150 bonus)
- A commission model that let's you own your terrirtoy.
Candidates in this area should be able to travel to dispensaries within a 1 hour radius of their location. Travel Reimbursement: $0.67 cents per mile driven on vendor and or training days only.
