About the job

Goods & Services is looking for a Client Partner who will be the primary point of contact for our clients, driving business growth and ensuring client satisfaction. You will work closely with clients to understand their strategic objectives, identify opportunities to add value through our services, and deliver tailored-made solutions. This role combines strategic account management, business development, and relationship building expertise. Collaboration across diverse teams will be key to delivering impactful results.

What you’ll do:

  • Serve as the primary liaison between the client and internal teams.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Understand client’s business objectives, challenges, and industry trends to proactively address their needs.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, and strategy, to craft proposals and win new business.
  • Develop account strategies to achieve revenue growth targets.
  • Ensure the successful delivery of services and solutions in alignment with client expectations and contract terms.
  • Monitor project progress and address any issues or escalations promptly.
  • Partner with delivery teams to ensure quality and timely execution of projects.
  • Develop and execute account plans to achieve long-term client success.
  • Lead strategic planning discussions to align our services with clients’ future goals.
  • Provide insights and feedback to internal teams to drive continuous improvement.
  • Track key account metrics such as revenue, profitability, and client satisfaction.
  • Prepare and present regular status reports to internal stakeholders and clients.

What you’ll need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in client relationship management, account management, or business development within the digital product design, engineering, or IT consulting industry.
  • Proven track record of managing and growing enterprise-level accounts.
  • Solid understanding of digital transformation, product design, engineering processes, and emerging technologies.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Empathy and a people-first approach to building relationships.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a results-oriented mindset.
