Salesforce Solutions Architect/Developer

GoHenry is seeking a Salesforce Solutions Architect/Developer to report to the Senior Salesforce Platform Manager and work across the Salesforce Service Cloud product to deliver continuous improvement, optimisation, and development of the Support Domain.

Requirements

• At least 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce Administration experience with a deep focus on Service Cloud
• Strong skills in Apex (Triggers, Classes, Controllers) and JavaScript for LWC development
• Expert knowledge of Lightning Flows, Object/field management, Einstein Bots, OmniChannel, and mobile administration
• Certified Salesforce Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, and Platform Developer I (PDI)
• Problem-Solving Mindset: A proactive attitude toward platform enhancements and the ability to translate business needs into technical reality
