Why does this role exist?The client needs a highly reliable Elementor Specialist to take full ownership of their product website, clear a backlog of content (images, tear sheets, product specs, and media features), and ensure new content is published consistently. They also require a detail-oriented operator to build and maintain monday.com automations that drive the leads → bids → projects → payments pipeline. This role exists to restore continuity, improve operational reliability, and free the principal from day-to-day website, CRM, and reporting tasks.
The Impact you’ll make
- Upload and organize images; create/attach tear sheets; add product descriptions, finishes, and dimensions
- Post press/magazine/media features and ensure consistent presentation and metadata
- Maintain site structure, taxonomy, tags, and internal links; perform basic QA for accuracy and brand consistency
- Build and maintain automations; track leads → bids → projects → payments; keep statuses current
- Implement reminders and follow-ups for payments and pipeline handoffs
- Document and refine workflows to increase visibility and reduce manual work
- Maintain and update spreadsheets with website, pipeline, and social analytics
- Produce weekly progress reports and insights; ensure data accuracy and timeliness
- Share recommendations based on trends and bottlenecks identified
- Calendarize and post content on Instagram and LinkedIn (Facebook connected as needed)
- Execute basic strategy, engage with audience, and track performance metrics
- Maintain brand voice and visual consistency across posts
- Collaborate with the project manager, factories, and external marketing/PR partners
- Provide proactive, clear updates via WhatsApp, email, and scheduled video calls
- Flag risks early; propose solutions to keep initiatives on track
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Strong Elementor experience managing end-to-end website content and structure
- Proven monday.com administration skills, including building/maintaining automations
- Proficiency in Excel for tracking, analytics, and reporting
- Excellent written and spoken English; proactive communication
- Reliability and availability M–F, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM US Eastern Time (40 hrs/week)
- WFH Set-Up:
- Computer with at least 8GB RAM, an Intel i5 core processor/AMD Ryzen 5 Processor and up.
- Internet speed of at least 40MBPS
- Headset with an extended mic that has noise cancellation and a webcam
- Back-up computer and internet connection
- Quiet, dedicated workspace at home
- Technical: Elementor (advanced), WordPress fundamentals, basic HTML/CSS, image optimization, on-page SEO hygiene, monday.com automations, CRM pipeline management, Excel (lookups, filters, pivots or equivalents), social scheduling and analytics, Google Drive organization.
- Operational: Meticulous attention to detail, process-minded, documentation-driven, strong task prioritization, and follow-through.
- Communication: Clear, proactive updates, comfortable coordinating across time zones and with external vendors; responsive on WhatsApp, email, and video calls.
- Personal: Highly reliable, consistent, ownership mentality, solutions-focused, and calm under shifting priorities.
