岗位职责

1. 支付产品规划与管理：
1. 负责数字货币交易所支付产品的规划、设计与管理，确保平台支付功能的高效、稳定与安全。
2. 根据市场需求和用户反馈，制定支付产品的功能规划，推动支付产品的持续优化与创新。
2. 支付系统架构与优化：
- 负责支付系统的架构设计和流程优化，提升支付体验，确保支付过程的流畅、可靠和符合行业标准。
- 推动数字货币与法币支付方式的整合，优化支付接口与API，支持多币种、多渠道支付需求。
3. 支付业务安全：
- 与风控、合规、法务团队合作，设计并实施支付产品的安全防护措施，保障用户资金的安全。
4. 跨部门协作与需求管理：
- 与技术、运营、法务、市场等团队紧密合作，理解支付相关的业务需求，推动产品的开发与上线。
- 撰写详细的产品需求文档（PRD），并确保产品需求得到准确实现。
5. 支付渠道与合作伙伴管理：
- 管理和拓展支付渠道，包括但不限于银行支付、支付网关、第三方支付平台、数字货币支付服务商等。
- 与支付服务提供商和第三方合作伙伴进行对接，优化支付流程，提升支付效率与成本控制。
6. 数据分析与支付体验优化：
- 基于支付数据分析用户支付行为和产品表现，提出并实施产品优化方案，提升支付转化率和用户体验。
- 设计支付产品的监控体系，定期跟踪支付产品的运营数据，确保支付功能的高可用性和稳定性。
7. 市场调研与竞争分析：
- 跟踪支付行业的最新趋势和技术创新，研究全球及地区市场的支付需求与支付方式，优化产品功能和提升竞争力。
- 评估并引入新的支付技术，如区块链支付、加密货币支付解决方案等，推动支付产品的创新。
8. 支付产品文档与报告撰写：
- 撰写并维护支付产品的相关文档，包括需求文档、功能说明书、用户手册等。
- 定期向管理层汇报支付产品的进展情况，提供数据分析报告并提出改进建议。

任职要求

1. 本科及以上学历，金融、计算机、电子商务等相关专业优先。
2. 5年以上互联网产品管理经验，至少2年以上支付产品管理经验。
3. 熟悉数字货币交易所支付系统架构，具备支付产品的设计和优化经验，熟悉支付行业的合规标准。
4. 具备较强的数据分析能力，能够通过数据驱动产品优化，提升支付产品的表现。
5. 熟悉支付领域的主流支付网关、第三方支付平台的技术接口和操作流程。
6. 熟悉支付安全相关知识，了解支付产品的反欺诈、风控和合规机制。
7. 较强的跨部门沟通与协调能力，能够与技术、运营、合规等团队高效合作。
8. 英语优秀者优先

加分项

- 有数字货币交易所或金融科技公司的支付产品管理经验。
- 熟悉区块链支付解决方案及加密货币支付系统。
- 熟悉与加密货币钱包、支付网关集成相关的技术架构。
