Artificial Intelligence (AI) is transforming how organizations work, make decisions, and deliver value. We are seeking a Sr. AI Learning & Enablement Manager to design and lead enterprise-wide programs that build AI literacy, strengthen applied skills, and drive cultural adoption of AI tools across functions and roles. This leader will play a pivotal role in ensuring that every employee—from individual contributors to senior leaders—can harness AI as a trusted collaborator. The successful candidate will combine expertise in adult learning with fluency in emerging AI capabilities to create transformative experiences that unlock productivity, innovation, and responsible AI adoption. Key Responsibilities Program Strategy & Design · Develop and implement a comprehensive AI upskilling roadmap aligned to organizational strategy and business goals. · Curate and design learning pathways for diverse audiences (frontline employees, managers, technical teams, executives) that build foundational literacy and role-specific AI application skills.
- Embed responsible AI use, ethics, and governance into all learning experiences.
- Ensure programs are accessible, inclusive, and adaptable to diverse learning needs and global contexts.
Program Delivery & Operations
- Lead the end-to-end rollout of AI training initiatives at scale, blending digital learning, instructor-led workshops, and applied practice labs.
- Manage program logistics, communications, and engagement strategies to maximize adoption and impact.
- Implement scalable learning technologies (LMS, LXP, AI-driven platforms) to deliver personalized, data-informed learning experiences.
Stakeholder & Partner Management
- Collaborate with HR, IT, Legal, Data, AI Council, AI Task Force and Business Unit leaders to ensure alignment and integration of AI upskilling with organizational priorities.
- Manage relationships with external vendors, universities, and strategic partners providing AI content, certifications, and platforms.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on building a culture of AI adoption and continuous learning.
Measurement & Impact
- Define success metrics and dashboards to track program reach, skill development, and business impact.
- Use data to continuously evaluate, refine, and scale initiatives.
- Report outcomes to executive leadership and recommend next-phase investments.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Learning & Development, Organizational Development, or related field.
- 7+ years in L&D or equivalent experience in large-scale workforce capability development.
- Strong understanding of instructional design, adult learning theory, and change management principles.
- Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional initiatives and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Familiarity with AI concepts, tools (e.g., generative AI platforms), and their application in the workplace.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and program management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in organizational development, Business Management, Education, or related discipline.
- Experience implementing AI-related training, digital transformation, or technology adoption initiatives.
- Experience with learning analytics, workforce planning, or skills frameworks.
- Prior experience working in organizations with 5,000+ employees.

Success Indicators The success of the Sr. AI Learning & Enablement Manager will be measured by:
- Reach: Percentage of employees completing AI learning pathways at foundational and role-specific levels.
- Adoption: Increase in employee-reported confidence and usage of AI tools in daily work.
- Capability Growth: Demonstrated improvements in AI-related skills as measured by assessments and performance outcomes.
- Business Impact: Documented productivity gains, innovation outcomes, or process efficiencies enabled by AI adoption.
- Engagement: Positive feedback from learners and leaders on program relevance, quality, and accessibility.
- Sustainability: Establishment of a repeatable, scalable model for continuous AI upskilling.
- Long-term Culture Change: Sustained culture of experimentation and responsible AI adoption across business units.
The annualized base salary for this role will range between $110,000 and $120,000. Base compensation is reflective of many factors, including, but not limited to, the market in which one lives/works, individual education level, skills, certifications and experience. Note: variable compensation is not reflected in these figures and based on the role, may be applicable.
